Beauty Services - Terms & Conditions

  • Jacinta will NOT be able to perform the treatment should there be any active blemishes, pimples, moles or irritation of the skin of any kind, in or around the area of the procedure, until the area is completely clean, clear and healed.

  • Treatments may, on occasion, take longer than expected to complete.

  • In order to secure your appointment a deposit of $50 is required. The deposit amount will then subsequently be deducted from the total treatment price which is payable on the day of the appointment.

  • In order to complete your treatment, we recommend at least one touch-up session. Touch-up sessions are charged at $100 and for best results need to occur within 8 weeks of your last appointment.

  • We accept payment by VISA, Mastercard, debit card (no cheque or savings option) electronic bank transfer or cash. We do not accept cheques. All specials must be paid in cash on day of service minus deposit for cosmetic tattoo bookings only (no deposit required for beauty services).

Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy

  • Please provide at least 48 (business) hours notice if cancelling an appointment. Deposits will not be refunded for cancellations with less than 48 (business) hours notice. Failure to cancel your appointment within the 48 business hours may result in full payment required to reschedule your appointment (this will be at our discretion).

  • We understand and appreciate that daily life and other unforeseen circumstances may arise from time to time that could force you to postpone or reschedule your treatment. However, we ask you to be thoughtful of the fact that such changes affect not only your technician, but other clients as well. As such, should you choose to reschedule your appointment, a minimum of 48 hours notice is mandatory or your deposit will become non-refundable.

  • If you elect not to reschedule your appointment you will forfeit your deposit and any future appointments will require a further $50 deposit to one again secure your appointment.

No Show Policy

  • Any client that does not show up for a scheduled appointment will forfeit their deposit and will be required to pay for any future appointments in full before being rescheduled.
